Delete your account

In the app
Settings → Sync → Delete account deletes your account and everything synced to it at once: conversations, recordings, tasks, voices, templates, names and terms, Ask history, share links, devices, notification addresses, the Google Calendar & Tasks connection and the activity log.
Without the app
Enter the email address of your account below. If it has an account, we delete it and everything synced to it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What stays
Database backups that still contain your data expire within 30 days. Recordings and conversations on your own phones and computers are not affected: delete them in the app or uninstall it. Copies held by an AI provider you chose follow that provider's terms. Questions: our Privacy Officer at privacy@ai-eh-by.ca.
